Three classes are available on a Monday evening at our Wimborne studio and one in Blandford on a Tuesday evening, both designed to promote fitness and mental wellbeing while having fun and enjoying the traditional qualities of ballet.
No previous experience is necessary and the classes contain people of all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities, just a shared love of ballet and the wish to understand the discipline better.
You do not need any special dress, comfy clothing or your usual gym outfit is perfect, we recommend you wear ballet shoes but if this is your first time, yoga socks are a great place to start.
If you wish to taken an exam (very much optional) then you will need a regulation black leotard, pink ballet tights, pink ballet shoes (leather or canvas, elasticated fastening) and a wrap around skirt. You need to ensure that you are purchasing the correct items, please ask for more information.
You are welcome to choose between any of the types of class or join us for a combination depending on your goals and if you would like to come along and try us out, contact Tina who will be happy to advise you further.
